Iberostar Waves Cristina, formerly Iberostar Cristina, is a family hotel just five minutes from Playa de Palma beach in Mallorca, run as a sustainable hotel that generates no CO2 emissions, takes all its electricity from renewable sources and has been free of single-use plastics since 2020. Guests can swim in the outdoor pools or the heated indoor pool, play tennis, football and paddle tennis, and join the Fit & Fun programme with fit jumping, aqua cycling and other sessions, while the fitness centre is open 24 hours. SPA Sensations offers a heated pool, a sauna at an extra charge, massages, body wraps, scrubs and facial treatments. The stay is all inclusive, with dishes made from fresh, local and seasonal ingredients and live cooking at the Els Molins restaurant, and the hotel keeps its own vegetable garden maintained with compost. In high season the Star Camp programme entertains children, with the Monkey area for ages four to seven, and cyclists have secure bike storage, a small repair workshop and a pool heated in the colder months. It suits families, active couples and cyclists looking for an all-inclusive base near Playa de Palma.
