Finca Serena is a five-star, adults-only boutique retreat in the heart of the Pla de Mallorca, set among 45 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, cypress trees and lavender fields. The 18th-century farmhouse has been converted into a 25-room hotel, a haven of calm with open spaces, gardens and quiet corners designed for rest. Rooms and suites spread across the estate are bright and decorated with natural materials, some with their own entrance onto the gardens. A large pool with sun loungers looks out over the countryside, and the spa has an indoor pool, a gym and a yoga pavilion among the olive trees. The restaurant serves seasonal, locally driven cuisine in an open setting that invites you to linger, and walks among almond and carob trees end with tastings of local produce. In September the grape harvest turns the estate into a celebration, and the vineyard setting also hosts weddings and events.
