Son Sabater by Zafiro is a superior four-star agrotourism hotel in a 16th-century Mallorcan country estate near Sa Pobla, close to Pollença and with views of the Serra de Tramuntana. The estate covers more than 20 hectares of holm oaks and carob trees and is listed as part of Sa Pobla's historical heritage. It was renovated with full respect for its architecture and decorated by interior designer Marga Rotger, with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and traditional stone walls. Its 15 rooms include junior suites, spacious suites and ground-floor villas with a private terrace and garden. A wellness space at the heart of the estate has a heated indoor pool, a sauna, a massage room and modern exercise equipment, and guests can explore the organic garden. The restaurant cooks Mallorcan ingredients and produce from its own garden in contemporary recipes, with breakfasts, à la carte lunches and dinners served under the stars, making it a quiet retreat for couples.
