Cal Reiet Holistic Retreat is a wellbeing retreat in a Mallorcan stone estate near Santanyí, in the south-east of the island, surrounded by gardens and countryside. It was founded to offer guests a unique and transformative experience covering every aspect of wellbeing – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social. Retreats with yoga, meditation and mindfulness workshops are often led by renowned international teachers, and guests can choose a personalised programme or join a group retreat. Yoga classes are held every morning for beginners and advanced participants, and two treatment rooms and an open-air space offer relaxing, healing, energetic and beauty treatments. The kitchen follows the principle of food as medicine, using fresh, local organic ingredients partly from its own garden and adapting to intolerances, with plant-based cleanse menus during special retreats. A pool with cabanas and a terrace among palms and Mediterranean plants complete a peaceful place to unwind and recharge.
