The former military site was carefully restored over more than a decade with one guiding principle: the landscape always comes first. The fifteen suites are scattered across thirty hectares of protected land, and each opens onto its own private garden and swimming pool. Inspired by Menorca's architectural heritage, the interiors combine handcrafted materials, natural light and curated works of art in a timeless, simple Mediterranean style. The restaurant Casa del Mar serves Mediterranean cuisine built on local produce, seafood and the rhythm of the seasons, by the infinity pool, on the panoramic terrace or under the stars. With a capacity of only thirty guests, it suits couples looking for privacy, silence and nature.
