About this hotel
Hotel Rural Triana is a restored old Canarian house at an altitude of 500 metres in the centre of Vallehermoso, in the north of La Gomera, close to the La Encantadora dam and surrounded by nature, palm trees and the terraced fields once used for farming. Tradition and nature shape both its exterior and its interior, carrying guests to a place where time seems to stand still. Its 11 rooms, three singles and eight doubles, some of them duplex, have simple furniture and bright colours, wooden floors, a mini-fridge, a desk and a full bathroom. All rooms open onto the patio and inner garden, and a solarium with sun loungers and a shower at the top of the hotel looks out over the valley. Breakfast is included, served in a café with a friendly terrace, and the hotel has internet access. With restaurants, shops and the island's trails and beaches within easy reach, Triana suits hikers and couples looking for a quiet rural base in the north of the island.
