The Cathedral, the Picasso Museum and the Moco Museum are five minutes on foot, Plaça Reial and La Boqueria ten, and the Barceloneta waterfront is about twenty minutes away. The hostel occupies an old stone building that stays naturally cool in summer, with a large, stylish lounge made for meeting other travellers and desks for working remotely. Besides dorms of four to fourteen beds, whole private rooms of six to fourteen beds suit families and groups, and by Spanish law minors can stay in private rooms only. Jaume I metro station is just around the corner, and its sister hostel on Passeig de Gràcia shares events and meet-ups.
