Serena Holiday Homes by LIVVO is an ultra-exclusive 3-star collection of just nine 138-square-metre homes in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, inaugurated in 2024 and designed to blend modern aesthetics with the spirit of traditional Lanzarote architecture. Each Deluxe home spans two levels with three bedrooms including beds of 180, 150 and 90 centimetres, three bathrooms with one en suite, a kitchen-living-dining area with modern appliances and a semi-covered porch opening onto a private garden with heated pool. Rooftop terraces offer views across to Fuerteventura and Lobos Island, with photovoltaic solar panels reflecting the development's commitment to sustainability. A shared community pool with solarium and pergola-covered relaxation areas supplements each home's private pool, providing an additional communal swimming option. The Papagayo beaches, widely considered among the finest in the Canary Islands, are just a short walk from the development, offering turquoise coves set against volcanic cliffs.
