Spring Arona Gran Hotel & Spa is a four-star adults-only hotel for guests over 16 on the seafront of Los Cristianos, in the south of Tenerife, about 20 minutes by car from Tenerife South airport. Most rooms enjoy sea views, either facing the ocean directly or with a partial side view, and the UP! rooms and UP! Suites on the upper floors have the best panoramas. Two main pools on the ground-floor solarium, one of them heated all year, are joined by a jacuzzi, while the UP! area, reserved for UP! guests, adds an infinity pool with Atlantic views, a glass pool, a jacuzzi and Balinese beds. Guests can choose bed and breakfast or half board, with breakfast and dinner at the Las Vistas buffet, lunch at the à la carte restaurant Jarea, which also serves a set dinner two nights a week, and snacks at the Aguaviva bar and terrace. The Thalasso Spa offers a thermal circuit and wellness and beauty treatments at an extra cost, the gym is free and open daily with a personal trainer on weekdays, and the hotel also has a small shopping arcade and spaces for meetings. With free Wi-Fi, cycling routes across the island and the promenade of Los Cristianos on its doorstep, it suits adults looking for a relaxed seafront stay in southern Tenerife.
