The complex stands out for its low-rise architecture and generous open spaces, in keeping with the island's building style, and combines the independence of an apartment with the calm of a garden setting. Its 119 apartments are spread across six separate sections, each with its own pool, connected by spacious green areas that invite a stroll. The one-bedroom apartments of 40 to 45 m² have air conditioning, a terrace and an equipped kitchen, the 70 m² two-bedroom apartments sleep up to five, and some units near the entrance are adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Two pool bars serve drinks and snacks during the day, and the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Avenida de las Playas are close by, as is the old harbour of Puerto del Carmen where fishing boats still moor every morning. It is an ideal base for couples and families who want to explore Lanzarote at their own pace.
