Boutique Hotel Cordial Plaza Mayor de Santa Ana is a luxurious boutique hotel on Plaza de Santa Ana, the square where the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria was born, in the historic district of Vegueta. It occupies a three-storey mansion from 1915, restored with great respect for its original architecture, with its grand staircases, historic mosaics and stately doors still in place. Its 20 rooms are all different, and many have a balcony overlooking the square, large windows, a small lounge area or a rain shower behind a glass wall. The rooftop terrace with a chill-out area and the Belvedere bar looks straight at the Cathedral of Santa Ana, the Bishop's Palace and the Town Hall. Breakfast is served every morning, reception is open 24 hours, and the Triana shopping district and the bus station to Las Canteras beach are a short walk away. It suits couples and travellers who want to sleep in the middle of the city's history with every modern comfort.
