Hotel Can Roses is a small boutique hotel in Sóller, in the Tramuntana mountains of north-west Mallorca, reached through an old gate on a narrow alley called Quadrado. Inside, a patio that feels like a stage set opens onto a manor house where every room is individually furnished. Rooms mix antique beds, canopies and Mallorcan tiles with comfortable lounges, some with fireplaces, jacuzzi baths or balconies over the garden. The garden covers around 2,000 m² of palm trees and orange and lemon trees, with a large pool, sun loungers and thatched pavilions with daybeds. A small honesty bar lets every guest be their own bartender, and roses appear everywhere, painted, arranged and applied, giving the hotel its name. The quiet setting close to Sóller's centre and the mountains suits couples and walkers looking for a characterful retreat.
