L'Avenida is an adults-only boutique hotel on the Gran Via of Sóller, set in Casa Magraner, a modernist house opened in 1911 among early 20th-century buildings and linked to the circle of the architect Joan Rubió i Bellver. Its architecture combines stone, iron and plant motifs typical of modernism, and a contemporary design intervention respects and enhances every original detail.
