About this hotel
Hotel Parque Tropical is a four-star hotel on the seafront in the heart of Playa del Inglés, just 80 metres from El Veril beach and a short walk from shopping centres and the bus station. Its more than 10,000 m² of award-winning gardens, with over 200 native, tropical and subtropical plant varieties, bridges, streams and ponds among the palms, make it a hidden oasis. Built in the typical Canarian style with a colonial air, it uses wood for its balconies, doors and windows, stone and terracotta on the paths and local tiles on the roofs. The spacious 45 m² rooms combine modern comfort with a vintage tropical feel and have a wooden balcony overlooking the palms, the sea or the mountains, or a terrace at garden level. Dinner is a buffet with six themed menus and plenty of show cooking, and the generous breakfast includes freshly made tropical juices, waffles and pancakes. Recently renovated, the hotel offers extra-large sun loungers and chill-out areas, live music or a show every evening at the outdoor bar, and a traditional folklore festival with paella on Sundays.
