About this hotel
La Casa Encantada is a hostel in a restored colonial house from 1902 in the centre of El Paso, in the heart of La Palma, about five kilometres from Los Llanos de Aridane. Its rooms and common areas are decorated with paintings and works by artists from La Palma and mainland Spain. Guests choose between shared dormitories of five to seven beds and private double, twin and family rooms for up to four people. A fully equipped kitchen with a "free food" box, a large living and dining room and a sunny roof terrace with views of the mountains invite guests to cook, read, play music or meet other travellers, with free Wi-Fi throughout. Breakfast is not included, and the reception is open every day in the morning and the evening. Its central location suits backpackers and hikers who want to reach Pico Bejenado, La Cumbrecita, the Ruta de los Volcanes and every corner of the island.
