Minura Cala Galdana & Apartaments d'Aljandar is a hotel in Cala Galdana, Menorca's largest cove, set among pine forests on the south of the island, combining unspoilt nature with white sand and crystal-clear water. Its rooms were renewed in 2024, from singles and doubles with a balcony to rooms with glazed Juliet balconies overlooking the Barranc d'Aljandar or the sea and Cala Galdana beach, and superior rooms with French glass balconies and sea views. In the garden area of the complex there are one-bedroom apartments with a small kitchen and two-bedroom, two-bathroom units, all with daily housekeeping and access to the hotel's services, plus family rooms for larger groups. The buffet restaurant serves breakfast and dinner with locally sourced produce from the Cooperativa del Camp de Menorca, traditional local dishes, grilled meat and fish and pizzas made on the spot, and the hotel also has an à la carte restaurant fusing Menorcan produce with Peruvian ceviche and Andean flavours. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available on request, and the hotel and rooms are non-smoking. From the hotel guests can reach Cala Mitjana and other famous coves of the south coast, which makes it a good choice for families and couples exploring the south of Menorca.
