OCÉANO Health Spa Hotel is a privately run hotel directly on the Atlantic in Punta del Hidalgo, in the north of Tenerife, at the foot of the Anaga Biosphere Reserve. For three generations it has been dedicated to its guests' wellbeing and health, and it is internationally known as a refuge for sustainable relaxation. All 96 rooms and suites are decorated in warm colours with top-quality materials, and every one has a breathtaking view of the sea and Punta del Hidalgo bay. The Health Spa offers soothing treatments and special health programmes, the infinity pool looks out over the ocean, and a garden path leads in a few steps to the protected natural seawater pool of Punta del Hidalgo. The La Marea restaurant serves healthy cuisine based on fresh regional produce, from Atlantic fish and seafood to fruit, vegetables and local specialities, and yoga is practised on the rooftop terrace. It is a place of strength and retreat for couples and solo travellers who want to recharge in nature by the sea.
