Palmeras Garden is a quiet three-star apartment complex at the foot of Montaña Roja in Playa Blanca, in the south of Lanzarote, about 3 km from the town centre. Its 40 units are fully renovated studios, apartments and bungalows of 45 to 50 m², each with its own furnished terrace and set in large shared gardens full of palms. Every unit has a kitchen area with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, a living area with a sofa bed, a rain shower and a smart TV. The complex has an outdoor pool with sun loungers and a bar at the entrance, and reception, open daily from 9:00 to 17:00, arranges excursions, car hire and airport transfers and keeps a library of books in several languages. A small beach is 100 metres away and Flamingo beach about 800 metres, and the complex produces part of its own electricity with solar panels. The calm setting and self-catering units suit couples and families looking for a relaxed holiday beneath the volcano.
