The building was completely renovated in 2016 and houses fifty-eight apartments over three floors, entered through a large, bright lobby decorated with modern murals and colourful imagery of Fuerteventura that sets a contemporary tone from the moment of arrival. A rooftop swimming pool and multiple sun terraces offer panoramic views across a mosaic of traditional Canarian rooftops to the sea and mountains beyond, providing a tranquil retreat above the bustling town centre.
