The One Luxury Apartments is a five-star boutique building on Avenida la Graciosa in Puerto Rico, in the municipality of Mogán in the south of Gran Canaria, with only four exclusive apartments, one per floor. Each unit offers absolute privacy, a spacious terrace with a private heated pool and sweeping views over Puerto Rico's bay and marina. The Deluxe Views apartment at street level has a 50 m² terrace with an overflow pool that seems to merge with the horizon, while the upper apartments add even more space and sea views. Floor-to-ceiling glass fills the open living areas with light, and the state-of-the-art kitchens come with a dining area for six. The two master suites in each apartment have king-size beds convertible to twins, private bathrooms and, in some, a freestanding bathtub facing the view. Air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, a 55-inch smart TV and a wine fridge round off a stay designed for couples and families who value calm and privacy.
