Hotel El Grifo is a rural boutique hotel in a late-18th-century Canarian manor house in the village of Mozaga, in the centre of Lanzarote, surrounded by more than 10,000 m² of land and the volcanic vineyards that give the island its famous wines. Formerly known as Caserío de Mozaga, the family home was carefully restored and opened to guests in 1998, and since 2024 it belongs to Bodegas El Grifo, whose winery lies just 5 km away. Each classic room and premium suite is different, with thick stone walls that keep the temperature pleasant all year, white linen and discreet luxury details, and breakfast is always included. The restaurant celebrates the island's produce and wine, and guests can relax in the garden or by the fireplace in winter with a coffee or a glass of wine. A sitting room with a library and complimentary coffee and tea, free Wi-Fi and private parking complete the house, and the team helps plan cultural, nature and food routes and car hire.
